Ferriera Valsider S.p.A., pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and as
Data Controller for purposes of processing personal data, shall undertake the
collection and processing of your personal data in compliance with the
principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and the protection of your
confidentiality and other rights. Therefore, we request your consent to the
processing of your personal data contained in your Curriculum Vitae as called
for in the present electronic form. Further, we remind you that providing your
personal data to Ferriera Valsider S.p.A. for the purposes set forth herein is
optional. However, your refusal to provide your personal data or to consent to
its processing as described above shall preclude Ferriera Valsider S.p.A. from
considering you for a position with our company. Finally, you may contact the
Data Controller and/or the Data Processor of the processing activities described
in this Notice, at your convenience to exercise any of the rights afforded to
you under Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
