Ferriera Valsider S.p.A. is a steel industry founded in July 2001 following a merger with the hot roll division of SPS.

Ferriera Valsider is located in Vallese di Oppeano, in the province of Verona, Italy, covering an area of about 150.000 square metres and include both the production and commercial units. The company has been operating for only a few years but it can already be classed as an important industry in hot rolled coils and steel plate production.

Ferriera Valsider rolling mill has been operating since 2001 in the province of Verona, rolling steel in complete accordance with the European and International Norms established for the iron and steel sector.

Since October 2005 Ferriera Valsider S.p.A. is part of holding named System Capital Management (SCM).
